Late and No show policy We do understand things happen, so there is a 15-minute grace period after your appointment starts. Please be courteous if your nail tech is running behind, she as well has about a 15-minute grace period to start your services. You have until 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so, your deposit becomes nonrefunded.
